ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Producer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. This role involves engaging with clients to understand their insurance needs, providing tailored solutions, and expanding our customer base through proactive outreach and relationship building. The Insurance Producer will play a key role in driving sales growth while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining compliance with industry standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and offer appropriate products
  • Conduct negotiations to close sales effectively, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
  • Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation, follow-ups, and record keeping
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and lead generation
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining policy options, and assisting with claims processes
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and other industry standards during all client interactions
  • Assist in benefits administration for clients, explaining coverage options and policy details clearly
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Proven experience in insurance sales or related retail sales roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong outside sales skills with the ability to generate leads independently
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations
  • Proficiency in sales administration tools and analysis skills to evaluate performance metrics
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to insurance products
  • Ability to handle telemarketing campaigns effectively while maintaining professionalism
  • Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
Compensation: $25.00 per hour
